Delivery and Return Conditions

TRANSFER

Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 and falling on holidays will be shipped on the first business day following.

CHANGE

You can replace the product you purchased with a different product. You can fill in the relevant sections on the back of the invoice we have sent to you in detail and send it to "GetHerbal" with our contracted cargo company within 30 (thirty) days. You can also send it with a different cargo company other than the cargo company we have a contract with. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns must be paid by the customer.

RETURN

You can return the product you purchased within 30 (thirty) days. During the return process, you can fill in the relevant sections on the back of the invoice we sent to you in detail and send it to "GetHerbal" with our contracted cargo company. If you purchased the product via “MONEY TRANSFER, EFT”; An IBAN NO, to which the product price will be refunded, and the name to which this IBAN belongs must be written on the back of the invoice. You can also send it with a different cargo company other than the cargo company we have a contract with. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns must be paid by the customer.
